Music City Animal Rescue

Dr. Kate O’Connor and the Harmony Surgery team are proud sponsors of the Music City Animal Rescue’s Golden Guardian program. This program rescues animals that are surrendered or abandoned due to age or medical needs and are often passed by at shelters. These are animals that have given so much love in their lives and have so much more love and life left, they just need a little extra TLC.

This program through Music City Animal Rescue provides the medical evaluations, medications, care, and time needed to bring them back to physical and mental health and give them the opportunity to find loving, forever homes.

Healing The Children

Dr. O’Connor also generously volunteers her surgical expertise for Healing The Children. Together with Dr. Andrew Jacono, she is involved with Healing the Children-Northeast. This organization helps coordinate pro-bono surgery via medical missions to nations such as Colombia, operating on children affected by cleft palates, cleft lips, and microtia.

Face to Face

Additionally, Dr. O’Connor actively serves as a committee member for the nationwide initiative known as "FACE TO FACE." This project provides complimentary consultations and surgical procedures to individuals who have experienced domestic abuse and violence.
